复方醋酸棉酚联合米非司酮治疗功能性子宫出血的疗效

目的 讨论复方醋酸棉酚联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者的疗效,并分析该治疗方案对患者激素水平的影响.方法 选择80例围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者为研究对象,随机分为两组各40例.对照组采用米非司酮治疗,观察组采用米非司酮联合复方醋酸棉酚治疗,比较两组的疗效、FSH、LH和E2,以评价两种方法的疗效.结果 观察组总有效率为95.00％,显著高于对照组的75.00％ （P ＜0.05）.两组治疗后的FSH、LH和E2较之治疗前均有明显的改善,P＜0.05;观察组治疗后的FSH、LH和E2与对照组相比,有统计学差异,P＜0.05.观察组有3例患者有不适和恶心,对照组有4例患者存在头痛、呕吐和恶心情况,所有患者其症状自行缓解；两组在不良反应方面无统计学差异,P＞0.05.结论 复方醋酸棉酚联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者具有更高的疗效,而且对患者激素水平的影响较小,是一种在临床上值得推广使用的治疗方法.

Efficacy of Compound Gossypol Acetate Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective To discuss the efficacy of compound gossypol acetate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and analyze its influence on patients＇ hormone levels. Methods Eighty patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone, while patients in the observation group were treated with compound gossypol acetate and mifepristone. The clinical effect, the level of FSH, LH and E2 were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95,00% of observation group, significantly higher than 75.00% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The FSH, LH and E2 of two groups improved after treatment （P 〈0.05）, and the difference of FSH, LH and E2 betweem the two groups after treatment was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Three cases and four cases had adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group respectively, and all were self-relieved; there was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Compound gossypol acetate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding has good efficacy, and little influence on patient＇s hormone levels, which is worthy of clinical application.
