胃大部切除术后功能性排空延迟综合征22例分析

目的 探讨胃大部切除术后功能性排空延迟综合征发病原因以及诊断治疗.方法 对我院2005年2月至2012年4月收治的22例胃大部切除术功能性排空延迟患者进行治疗分析.结果 22例患者当中,经过对患者进行胃镜检查之后,进行综合性非手术治疗,20患者均能够在术后32天左右恢复胃动力,2例患者疑似空肠周围出现粘连梗阻,再行手术,并进行剖腹检查,延迟25天左右恢复胃动力.结论 胃大部切除术后功能性排空延迟综合征可以进行非手术治疗,效果良好,值得临床推广.

Analysis on 22 Patients with Syndrome of Functional Delayed Gastric Emptying After Subtotal Gastrectomy

Objective To discuss the cause and treatment of syndrome of ~nctional delayed gastric emptying aIter suutoml gastrectomy. Methods Twenty-two patients with the syndrome of functional delayed gastric emptying aider subtotal gastrectomy treated in our hospital from February 2005 to April 2012 were included in this paper. Results Among those 22 cases who received the non-surgical comprehensive treatment after the gastroscopic examination, 20 of them could repair the stomach power on the 32nd day after the operation, 2 of them seemed to cause the adhesive intestinal obstruction around the jejunum for additional operation. They received the abdominal section examination and repaired the stomach power 25 days later. Conclusions According to experimental results, there are favorable effects of non-surgical comprehensive treatment for patients with the syndrome of functional delayed gastric emptying after subtotal gastretomy, which is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
