太原地区336名7月～4岁儿童饮食行为调查分析

目的了解太原市7月～4岁以下儿童饮食行为问题发生情况，为儿童饮食行为问题指导提供依据。方法随机抽取太原市4个社区7月～4岁儿童336名，由调查员对家长进行问卷调查。结果儿童饮食行为问题检出情况：检出问题7项，主要是进餐时间长（〉25min）、进餐分心、进餐地点不固定等；正常组儿童120人（占35．71％），问题组儿童216人（占64．29％）；饮食行为问题的发生与家长允许孩子进餐时到处闲逛、强迫进食等行为相关（P〈0．05）。结论儿童饮食行为问题令人担忧，儿科医生应切实做好儿童饮食行为指导。

Investigation on the eating problems of children aged 7 months to 4 years inTaiyuan, China.

Objective ： To investigate the prevalence of eating behaviors among children aged 7 months to 4 years in Taiyuan, and to provide the guidelines in unhealthy eating behaviors. Method ： Randomly selected 336 children aged 7 months to 4 years in four communities of Taiyuan, the investigators carried on the questionnaire survery to parents, Results ： Situation of children eating behaviors ： to investigate 7 total detection problem： eating time too long, meals distraction, meal sites were not fixed; 120 children （35.71% ） in normal group showed none of eating behaviors, 216 children （64. 29% ） existd eating behaviors; eating behaviors problems happened during the dinner with parents allow children going around, forced feeding behavior such as related （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： Children＇s eating behaviors cause for concern. Pediatricians should give correct guidance to children to solve the eating behaviors problems.
