| 摘 要： | 目的 了解上海市虹口区2011年恶性肿瘤死亡情况.方法 根据《上海市恶性肿瘤登记报告系统》资料,分析主要恶性肿瘤的死亡率及死亡顺位.结果 上海市虹口区2011年居民恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为246.99/10万,其中男性为284.05/10万,女性为210.36/10万；男性死亡率居前5位的是：肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、结肠癌和直肠癌;女性死亡率居前5位的是：肺癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、结肠癌和胰腺癌.男性肿瘤死亡率高于女性.结论 应关注肺癌、乳腺早诊早治,在社区中大力开展肿瘤早发现工作.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cancer death rate in Hongkou district, Shanghai. Methods The data came from Shanghai cancer registry system. The death rate and death sequence of cancer were analyzed. Results The crude death rate was 246.99/100 000 in 2011. The crude death rate of cancer in male in Hongkou district was 284.05/100 000. The common cancers ranked top 5 in male were lung cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer and rectum cancer. The crude death rate was 210.36/100 000. The common cancers ranked top 5 in female were lung cancer, breast cancer, stomach cancer, colon cancer and pancreas cancer. The cancer death rate in male was higher than in female. Conclusions More attention should be paid to the forepart diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer and breast cancer and the prevention and therapy should be enhanced. |
