中西医结合治疗更年期功血的效果分析

目的 探讨中西医结合方案治疗更年期功血的疗效.方法 将2009年5月到2012年5月来院治疗的100例更年期功血患者随机分入观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组仅采用与观察组相同的西医治疗方案,随访并就相关治疗效果进行比较分析.结果 观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者均未出现药物导致的不良反应.结论 中西医结合治疗更年期供血疗效显著,值得大力开发和推广应用.

Effect Analysis of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment for the Menopausal Functional Bleeding

Objective To analyze the effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for the menopausal functional bleeding. Methods One hundred patients with menopausal functional bleeding were divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, while patients in the control group received the western medicine treatment only. The clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. No drug-induced adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusions Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for the menopausal functional bleeding has significant curative effect, which is worthy of exploitation and application.
