社区综合干预对提高高血压患者生活质量的分析

目的 探讨社区综合干预对提高高血压患者生活质量的作用.方法 以我辖区内2011年1月至2013年1月间收治的70例高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均积极控制血压并行相应护理,观察组患者在此基础上增加综合护理干预项目,比较两组患者心理症状水平、生活质量、对疾病的认知程度和护理服务满意度之间的差异.结果 观察组患者心理症状水平低于对照组,生活质量、对疾病的认知程度和护理服务满意度高于对照组,其差异皆有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 社区综合干预可以有效提高社区高血压患者的生活质量,降低其心理症状,改善其生活质量,提高其对于疾病的认知水平和对护理服务的满意度.

Analysis on Community Comprehensive Intervention in Improving the Life Quality of Patients with Hypertension

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the development of lite quahty among me community patients with hypertension, Methods Seventy patients with hypertension were divided into the objective group and the control group. The control group received conventional nursing plan, and the objective group received comprehensive nursing intervention plan additionally. The differences of the psychological symptoms, quality of life, cognition degree on the disease and satisfaction degree on nursing service between the two groups were compared. Results The psychological symptom level of the objective group was lower than that in the control group. The quality of life, cognition degree of disease and satisfaction degree of nursing service of the objective group were higher than those in the control group, Conclusions It would get a satisfactory effect to use comprehensive nursing intervention in the development of life quality among the community population with hypertension, with fewer psychological symptoms, higher level of quality of life, higher cognition degree of the disease and satisfaction degree of nursing service.
