不同麻醉方法在儿童扁桃体切除术中的应用比较

目的 探讨在全身麻醉、表面麻醉下行儿童扁桃体切除术的优劣.方法 选择2010年6月至2012年6月我院收治的68例儿童扁桃体切除术患者,随机分成两组,其中34例在全身麻醉下行扁桃体切除术,设为A组,剩余34例在表面黏膜麻醉下行扁桃体切除术,设为B组.观察两组患儿的不良反应（恶心、呕吐、咳嗽、负性情绪）及术后满意度等指标.结果 A组负性情绪、恶心、呕吐以及咳嗽分别出现1例患者,术后满意度为88.2％;B组负性情绪出现10例、恶心出现6例、呕吐出现8例、咳嗽出现6例,术后满意度为11.8％.A组术后满意度明显高于B组,其它指标A组明显低于B组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在全身麻醉下行扁桃体切除术比表面麻醉下行扁桃体切除术更安全有效,适于临床推广.

Comparison of Different Methods of Anesthesia in Children with Tonsillectomy

Objective To investigate the pros and cons between general anesthesia and surface anesthesia for children＇s tonsillectomy. Methods Sixty-eight children with tonsillectomy in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were divided into two groups. 34 cases of tonsillectomy under general anesthesia were selected as group A, while 34 cases of tonsillectomy under mucosal surface anesthesia were selected as group B. The adverse reactions （nausea, vomiting, cough, negative emotions） and postoperative satisfaction index were compared between two groups. Results One case of negative emotion, 1 case of nausea, 1 case of vomiting, and 1 case of cough occurred in group A, and 10 cases of negative emotion, 6 cases of nausea, 8 cases of vomiting, and 6 case of cough occurred in group B; the differences between two groups were statistically significant （_/9 〈0.05）. The postoperative satisfaction degree was 88,2% in group A, significantly higher than 11.8% in group B （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions General anesthesia for tonsillectomy is safe and effective compared with surface anesthesia, which is worthy of clinical application.
