C-erbB-2 mRNA 在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及意义

目的 探讨C-erbB-2基因在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其在口腔鳞癌发生发展中的作用。方法 选择80例口腔癌根治标本按照原发灶的分期、病理分级、以及有无淋巴结转移分组，用C-erbB-2寡核苷酸探针原位杂交检测其在口腔鳞癌中的表达。结果 C-erbB-2 mRNA在口腔鳞癌中的阳性表达率与口腔癌的组织分级和临床分期有关，但与淋巴结转移无关。结论 C-erbB-2异常表达在口腔癌发生发展和淋巴结转移中起重要作用，检测C-erbB-2基因对判断口腔癌患者预后和淋巴结转移有一定的参考价值。

Form and Significance of C-erbB-2 mRNA in Oral Squamous Carcinoma

Objective To study the form of oncogene C-erbB-2 in oral squamous carcinoma(OSCC) and its role in the developing process of oral squamous carcinoma . Methods Take 80 oral carcinoma specimens according to different growing period of the tumor,various pathologcal classification of it,and grouping or not the metastatic lymph nodes,and then we can observe the form of it by using the detection of In situ hybridization(ISH)with C-erbB-2 oligonucleotide probes.Results The C-erbB-2 gene expression was associated with histologic grade and clinical stages, correlated with lymph node metastasis.Conclusions The abnormal forms of c-erbB-2 play an im portant role in the occurrence and growing of the oral carcinoma and the metastasis of the lymph nodes.The detection of C-erbB-2 gene is very valuable for the prediction of the oral carcinoma patients' prognosis and the metastasis of the lymph nodes.
