胰高血糖素与2型糖尿病病人胰岛素抵抗关系研究

目的　探讨胰高血糖素 (Glu)与 2型糖尿病 (DM)病人胰岛素抵抗 (IR)的关系。方法　对 1 0 0例 2型DM病人分别检测空腹及 75g葡萄糖粉负荷 2h血糖 (BG)、胰岛素 (Ins)、C肽、Glu。并以空腹血糖 /空腹胰岛素 (G/I) <6作为IR指标。将G/I<6 ,G/I≥ 6两组的Glu进行统计学的比较。结果　G/I <6组较G/I≥ 6组Glu空腹及糖负荷后均明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1 )。结论　Glu可能参与了 2型糖尿病IR的形成

Study on the relationship between glucagon and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes patients

Objective To investigate the relationship of glucagon(Glu) and insulin resistance(IR) in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled into the study.Fasting blood,2h 75g glucose post prandial blood glucose(BG),insulin(Ins),C peptide(C P) and glucagon were measured.One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into two groups according to fasting blood BG/fasting blood Ins(G/I) less than 6(to determine the IR).The level of Glu were compared in two groups.Results The fasting and 2h 75g glucose post prandial blood Glu in the G/I less than 6 group was significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01) higher than those in other group.Conclusion The Glu may contribute to the IR in the type 2 diabetes.
