| 摘 要： | 目的：评价在电子束ＣＴ图像上测定冠状动脉钙化准确性。材料和方法：选择两位有经验的医生分别对经ＩｍａｔｒｏｎＣ－１５０电子束ＣＴ机检查的５０例作冠状动脉钙化定性和定量积分测定，其中一位医生测定两次。结果：除不同测定者定性测定左冠状动脉主干钙化的结果差别显著（ｐ＜００２５）外，其余结果均无显著差异。定量测定的相关系数为０．８９８～０９。结论：在电子束ＣＴ图像上可准确地重复测得冠状动脉钙化定性、定量结果。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To assess the accuracy of the detection of coronary artery calcification (CAC)with electron beam CT.Materials and Methods:Two experienced doctors were selected to detect qualitatively and quantitatively CAC of 50 cases examined with Imatron C-150 electron beam CT scaner and one of them detected two times. Results:Except the results of calcification detection in the left main coronary artery by two doctors,showed obvious difference statistically (P<0 025),the differences of other interobserver and intraobserver were not significant.The coefficients of correlation of the quantitative results ranged from 0 898 to 0 991.Conclusion:The detection of CAC with electron beam CT is highly accurate and persistantly stable both qualitatively and quantitatively. |
