| 摘 要： | 应用流式细胞仪观察两种固定剂对细胞荧光强度的影响。共分析了食管癌和肺癌各28份样品,结果表明:进行细胞DNA定量分析时,最好不用甲醛固定,而以乙醇固定为好,但不应超过3天。

| Abstract: | In this paper, effects of two fixative agents on the cellular fluorescence intensity were reported. 28 samples of esophageal cancer and 28 samples of lung cancer were analysed by flow cytometry. The results showed that for quantitative analysed DNA of cells,application of formalin for fixation was unsuitable, and ethanol had much better effect, but it should be within three days. |
