摘    要:华容县新洲、团洲多采用水利工程引导长江洪水中的泥沙,淤积洞庭湖湖堤外沿的血吸虫病易感地带.结果显示,新洲引淤区在入流径流量大、泥沙含量高的年份(1983)、易感地带地面可淤高1.2—1.4m;1976—1990年间,该区120万m~2洲滩高3.7—4.8m,高程达30.5—32.4m,已无钉螺孳生,近邻居民血吸虫病患病率下降84.5%;并收到了巩固堤防,减轻防汛负担.生产开发等经济效益.1988年起在团洲引淤区进行重复实验、并对引淤初期滩面的螺情变化进行了剖析.

Abstract:In building water conservancy works as in Xinzhou and Tuamzhou,silt was deposited through flooding from Yangtze River so that the transmission sites of schistosomiasis outside the dike of Dongtin Lake were covered. The transmission sites of schistosomiasis rose 1. 2-1. 4 metres,as in 1983, when there was a good flow of water and much silt was deposited. From 1976 to 1990, the sands of 1 200 000 square metres in Xinzhou and Tuanzhou were covered with a layer of silt which was 3.7-4.8 meters thick and 30. 5-32. 4 meters above sea level,where no snail could exist. The rate of infection in the residents reduced 84.47%. By means of the water conservancy works,we could strengthen the dike,lower the economical burden for protection against flood and increase income of the people.
