| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不典型急性心肌梗死(AMI)误诊为胆绞痛的原因及预防措施。方法对9例首诊误诊为不典型AMI的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 9例不典型AMI患者病初时均被误诊为胆绞痛。其中4例死亡。结论提高临床医师对不典型AMI的重视,对减少AMI误诊率、病死率及改善预后具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the causes of atypical acute myocardial infarction(AMI)misdiagnosed as biliary colic,and find the prevention measure.Methods 9 cases of misdiagnosed atypical AMI were retrospectively analyzed.Results All of the cases were misdiagnosed as biliary colic at the first time,with 4 cases dead.Conclusion To pay more attentions to atypical AMI by clinicians is of great significance for decreasing the rate of misdiagnosis and the mortality,and improve the prognosis. |
