孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效分析

目的探讨孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的疗效,与单独使用舒利迭进行比较。方法将80例CVA患儿分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组使用舒利迭治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特,观察两组的疗效、咳嗽评分、咳嗽消失缓解时间及肺功能指标,并观察不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率为95.0%,优于对照组的77.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组的日间、夜间咳嗽症状评分比较,差异有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组的咳嗽消失、缓解时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组与对照组的最大呼气流量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。均无明显不良反应。结论孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗儿童CVA较单独使用舒利迭更有效,且不增加不良反应,值得推广使用。

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of Montelukast Combined with Seretide in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma in Children

Objective To compare therapeutic efficacy and safety of montelukast combined with seretide in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods 80 CVA patients were divided into two groups:the control group of 40 patients was treated with single inhalation of seretide,the observation group of 40 patients was treated with montelukast on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,coughing score,cough relief/disappearance time,lung function changes and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed.Results The total efficacy rate of the observation group was 95.0%,better than 77.5% of the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Differences in daytime and nighttime coughing scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in cough relief/disappearance time of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in peak expiration flow rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Seretide plus montelukast on CVA children can improve therapeutic effect,without increasing the adverse reactions,thus is worthy of popularization.
