| 摘 要： | 肿瘤是危害人类健康的恶性疾病之一,化疗药物的治疗常常伤害正常细胞且伴随免疫功能下降。中药多糖具有肯定的调节机体免疫功能和抗肿瘤作用,其作用是多途径、多环节、多靶点的。近年来,中药多糖已成为抗肿瘤治疗的重要组成部分。现从中药多糖的直接作用抑杀肿瘤细胞、调节机体免疫力和增效减毒作用等方面对中药多糖抗肿瘤机制的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Cancer is a kind of malignant diseases dangerous to human′s health,the chemotherapy treatment often hurts normal cells and decreases the immune function.The Chinese medicine polysaccharides has the action of regulating body immune function and anti-tumor,it has the characteristics of multi-pathway,multi-link and multi-target.For the past few years,the Chinese medicine polysaccharides was testified as an essential component of anti-tumor treatment.Here is to make a review on the research progress in the anti-tumor mechanism of Chinese medicine polysaccharides from the perspectives including the enhancement of the direct effect on tumor cells,regulating immunity and the synergism and attenuation effects. |
