尿道会师牵引术对早期后尿道断裂的疗效分析

摘    要:目的探究分析尿道会师牵引术对早期后尿道断裂的疗效。方法对我院2006年4月至2009年9月收治的206例早期后尿道断裂患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各103例。观察组采用尿道会师牵引术治疗,对照组采用尿道吻合术治疗。对比观察两种疗法的临床疗效和不良反应等。结果观察组治疗效果的优良率为95.1%优于对照组的85.4%;并发症发生率为11.7%低于对照组的18.4%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期后尿道断裂的手术疗法会带来一定的并发症,而尿道会师牵引术的并发症出现率和疗效的优秀率均位于首位,是一种手术简单、迅速、损害小的方法,可作为治疗的首选术式。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of urethral realignment with traction on early posterior urethra rupture.Methods In our hospital from April 2006 to September 2009,206 cases of posterior urethral rupture were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(103 cases)by realignment with traction therapy,the control group(103 cases)treated by urethral anastomosis.Contrast observation of two therapies for clinical efficacy and adverse reaction was done.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 95.1%,better than 85.4% of the control group,the complication rate of the observation group was 11.7%,lower than the 18.4% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early posterior urethral disruption operation therapy will bring certain complications,and the rates of complications and efficacy of outstanding rates of urethral realignment with traction were in the first place,which is an operation with the features of simple,rapid,and small damage,thus can be the primary choice for the surgical treatment.
