| 摘 要： | 目的观察日舒安洗液治疗新生儿毒性红斑的临床疗效。方法随机选取300例新生儿毒性红斑患儿,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组184例予日舒安洗液每天洗浴2次,每次10 min。对照组116例每日常规温水洗浴1次,不用药物。结果治疗组与对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组痊愈时间(4.0±1.5)d,明显短于对照组的(7.0±1.2)d(t=17.80,P<0.01)。结论日舒安洗液能有效治疗新生儿毒性红斑,并缩短痊愈时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and valuate the clinical efficacy of Rishuan lotion on the treatment of neonatal erythema toxicum.Methods 300 neonates with neonatal erythema toxicum were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group including 184 neonates were given two baths a day with Rishuan lotion for 10 minutes.The control group including 116 neonates were conventionally bathed with warm water without any treatment.Results The effectiveness between the treatment group and the control group had a significant difference(P<0.01).The average healing time of treatment group was(4.0±1.5)days,whereas the control group was(7.0±1.2)days(t=17.80,P< 0.01).Conclusion Rishuan lotion has a significant efficacy on neonatal erythema toxicum and can shorten the healing time. |
