介入疗法在中孕胎盘前置状态引产中应用的临床观察

目的探索介入治疗在中孕胎盘前置状态引产中的应用价值。方法 10例中孕期胎盘前置状态需提前终止妊娠者先行双侧髂内动脉或子宫动脉栓塞术,然后行羊膜腔穿刺依沙吖啶引产经阴道分娩。结果术后胎儿娩出时间为12～76 h,平均34 h,术后至分娩后2 h阴道流血为100～400 mL,平均220 mL。结论介入治疗在中孕胎盘前置状态引产中是安全并且疗效可靠的,它保留生育功能,减少并发症,是值得推广的方法。

Clinical Observation of Application of Interventional Treatment in Second Trimester Induced Abortion with Placenta Previa

Objective To investigate the value of the interventional treatment in induced abortion with placenta previa.Methods 10 cases of second trimester induced abortion with placenta previa were treated with bilateral internal iliac artery embolization or uterine artery embolization and simultaneously with Lee Rivanol intra-amniotic membrane injection for artificial laboring.Results The time of labor after the procedure was 12-76 h with an average time of 34 h.The amount of bleeding from the procedure to 2 h after tabor was 100-400 mL with an average amount of 220 mL.Conclusion Interventional treatment is a safe and effective way to treat second trimester induced abortion with placenta previa and also provides the reservation of fertility,and has the advantage of less complications,thus is worthy to spread.
