胆囊癌组织中淋巴管表达的研究进展

胆囊癌的新生淋巴管主要位于瘤周,从而促进其淋巴结转移,且淋巴管密度(LVD)与肿瘤进展程度相关。淋巴管内皮标志物开辟了胆囊淋巴管形成及淋巴道转移研究的新领域。研究发现,肿瘤淋巴管形成及其LVD与淋巴结转移、扩散等密切相关。目前肿瘤淋巴管形成研究的淋巴管内皮标志物包括血管内皮生长因子C和D、胸腺嘧啶磷酸化酶、p53基因和nm23等,为胆囊癌组织中淋巴管的表达提供了依据,对胆囊癌的转移及预后的判断成为可能。

Research Advances on Lymphatic Expression in Gallbladder Carcinoma

Gallbladder cancer lymphangiogenesis is mainly peritumoral located,which promote its lymph node metastasis,and lymphatic vessel density(LVD)is correlated with the degree of tumor progression.Lymphatic endothelial markers ha opened up new areas of the gall bladder lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis research.Researches found that tumor lymphangiogensis and LVD has a significantly positive connection with the tumor lymphatic metastasis and spread.At present,the research of lymphangiogensis found that the lymphatia endothelial markers including lymphatic vascular endothelial growth factor C and D,thymine phosphorylation,p53 enzyme gene and nm23 gene etc.,which provide basis for the lymphatic expression in gallbladder carcinoma,and make it possible for the judgment of the tumor lymphatic metastasis and patients’ prognosis.
