阴式子宫切除与腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除的临床比较

目的比较阴式子宫切除与腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除的临床疗效。方法回顾分析阴式子宫切除128例(TVH)与腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除186例(LAVH)的临床资料,比较两组术中和术后的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间、手术费用等指标变化。结果与LAVH组比较,TVH组患者手术时间短、术中出血量少、手术费用低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组各有1例中转开腹。结论阴式子宫切除与腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除均属微创手术,各有优势,术者应根据具体患者妥善处理,确保患者利益。

Clinical Comparison of Total Vaginal Hysterectomy and Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy Resection

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of total vaginal hysterectomy(TVH)and laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH).Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 128 cases of TVH and 186 cases of LAVH was done,comparingthe operation and postoperative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative flatus time,hospitalization time and cost of surgery.Results Compared with LAVH group,TVH group had shorter operative time,less blood loss and lower surgical costs,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was 1 case converted to laparotomy in each group.Conclusion TVH and LAVH are both minimally invasive surgeries,each with own advantages,the surgeon should handle properly according to the specific situations to ensure the interests of patients.
