| 摘 要： | 甲型肝炎是由甲肝病毒引起的急性传染病,以青少年及儿童发病为主。我国是甲型肝炎的高发流行区。如今,预防甲肝最有效的方法就是接种甲肝疫苗。一次接种便可获得较长时间的免疫保护。现从甲型肝炎最新分子流行病学分型、甲肝疫苗使用现状及保护效果和甲肝基因重组疫苗研究等几个方面对其研究进展予以综述,为更好地研究甲型肝炎疫苗提供一定的理论依据。

| Abstract: | Hepatitis A virus(HAV)is the main etiological agent of infectious hepatitis A,which shows a higher incidence in adolescents and children.China is one of the endemic areas with high prevalence of hepatitis A.Nowadays,the most effective way to prevent hepatitis A is getting hepatitis A vaccine,which provides long-lasting immune protection from one vaccination.Here is to make a review on the molecular epidemiology of HAV,current application and immune efficiency of hepatitis A vaccine and developments in recombinant hepatitis A vaccine,in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for the research. |
