小剂量骨水泥注射对老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效评价

目的探讨小剂量骨水泥注射对老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的安全性以及疗效。方法对我院收治的36例老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用小剂量骨水泥单侧注射治疗;对照组患者采用常规骨水泥注射治疗。结果观察组患者临床有效率为100%,明显优于对照组的83.3%;观察组患者治疗时间为(35.23±8.31)min,优于对照组的(47.43±9.87)min,骨水泥用量(3.73±1.02)mL,优于对照组的(6.12±1.24)mL;两组患者VAS改善率比较差异无统计学意义。结论小剂量骨水泥注射对老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的治疗效果肯定,值得临床上进一步研究和推广。

Efficacy Evaluation of Small Doses of Cement Injection on Elderly Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of bone cement injection of small doses on elderly osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods 36 cases in our hospital for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group;the observation group were treated with small doses of bone cement with unilateral injections;the control group were treated with conventional bone cement injection therapy.Results The effective rate(100%)of observation group was obviously better than that(83.3%)of the control group;treatment time of the observation group was(35.23 ± 8.31) min,better than(47.43±9.87) min of the control group,the amount of bone cement(3.73 ± 1.02) mL better than the control group,(6.12±1.24) mL;VAS improvement rate of the two groupshad no significant difference.Conclusion Small dose injection of bone cement has affirmative effect for elderly osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,thus is worthy of further study and promotion in clinic.
