100例胎膜早破的原因及妊娠结局的临床分析

目的探讨导致胎膜早破的相关原因和妊娠结局。方法选择我院胎膜早破患者100例作为观察组;同期胎膜未破孕妇共1000例作为对照组。根据观察组孕妇具体情况进行促胎儿成熟、引产、剖宫产等处理。观察两组感染、头盆不称、宫腔手术史、宫颈内口松弛、胎位异常情况;观察两组产妇、胎儿、新生儿情况,对剖宫产、胎儿窘迫、产后出血、早产、新生儿肺炎和新生儿窒息的发生情况并进行比较。结果观察组感染、头盆不称、宫腔手术史、宫颈内口松弛、胎位异常所占比例显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产、胎儿窘迫、产后出血、早产、新生儿肺炎、新生儿窒息发生情况与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导致胎膜早破的因素较多,要做好孕期检查,一旦出现胎膜早破要及时处理,保证产妇和胎儿的生命安全。

Clinical Analysis on the Reasons of Premature Rupture of Membranes and Pregnancy Outcomes in 100 Cases

Objective To discuss the reason of premature rupture of membranes and pregnancy outcome.Methods 100 cases with premature rupture of membranes were chosen as observation group,while 1000 cases with health membranes in the same period were selected as control group.Observation group was given fetal maturity promotion,labor induction and cesarean section according to the conditions of pregnant women.The conditions of infection,cephalopelvic disproportion,intrauterine operation history,relaxation of cervical internal opening,and abnormal fetal position of two groups were observed.Cesarean section,premature delivery,fetal distress,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal pneumonia and neonatal asphyxia in two groups were observed.Results The rates of infection,cephalopelvic disproportion,intrauterine operation history,relaxation of cervical internal opening,and abnormal fetal position in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05);there were statistically significant difference in cesarean section,fetal distress,postpartum hemorrhage,premature babies,pneumonia and neonatal suffocation of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant examination is very important,since there are a lot of causes of premature rupture of membranes,therefore.Oncethe occurred,immediate treatment should be provided to ensure the safety of maternal and fetus.
