阿托伐他汀治疗急性冠状动脉综合征对血脂和超敏C反应蛋白的影响

目的研究不同剂量的阿托伐他汀治疗急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)对血脂和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法 CSA患者93例随机分为3组(各31):A组为常规治疗组,予以常规治疗但不用降脂药物,B组为阿托伐他汀20 mg/d治疗组,C组为阿托伐他汀40 mg/d治疗组。ACS患者在治疗2周前后分别测定血脂和hs-CRP水平。结果治疗后A、B、C组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B、C组治疗2周后hs-CRP较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),C组下降更为明显(P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀可以降低ACS患者血清hs-CRP水平,这对临床研究ACS具有重要意义。

Atorvastatin Influence on Blood Lipids and High Sensitivity CRP as Treatment for Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective To study the different doses of atorvastatin influence on blood lipids and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 93 patients with ACS were randomly were divided into 3 groups(n=31):group A for the conventional treatment group received conventional treatment,but not lipid-lowering drugs,group B received atorvastatin 20 mg/d treatment,and group C received atorvastatin 40 mg/d treatment.The blood lipid and hs-CRP levels were measured in patients with ACS before and 2 weeks after treatment.Results After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were not significantly different than before treatment(P>0.05).hs-CRP of group B and C decreased significantly than before treatment(P<0.05),while the group C decreased more significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion The results show that atorvastatin can reduce serum hs-CRP level in patients with ACS,which has great significance to the clinical study of ACS.
