| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅骨钻孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的临床效果。方法选取慢性硬膜下血肿患者70例,15例行全身麻醉,55例行局部麻醉,其中50例采用单孔钻孔冲洗引流术,20例行双侧孔的钻孔引流术。结果 65例患者的血肿大部分消失,3例患者的血肿小部分消失,20例患者有硬膜下积液情况。结论颅骨钻孔术可以使血肿迅速得到消除,临床效果很好,适于广泛推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the burr hole drainage for treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods 70 patients with chronic subdural hematoma were selected,15 cases received general anesthesia,and 55 cases received local anesthesia;50 received single burr hole irrigation drainage,while 20 cases received double-side burr hole drainage.Results Hematoma largely disappeared in 65 patients,minorly disappeared in 3 patients;subdural effusion was observed in 20 cases.Conclusion The burr hole surgery can make the hematoma quickly eiminated with a good clinical effect,suitable for popularization. |
