小切口白内障手术两种切口术后视力及角膜散光的对比研究

摘    要:目的探讨小切口白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术的两种切口(上方透明角膜隧道切口和颞侧透明角膜隧道切口)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院自2009年10月至2011年10月行白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶体植入术的患者42例(56眼),将其分为上方透明角膜隧道切口(A组)和颞侧透明角膜隧道切口(B组),所有患者均在术前、术后1周、1个月、3个月以及半年检查视力以及角膜散光值,观察两组术后裸眼视力以及角膜散光的恢复情况。结果裸眼视力及角膜散光值B组均优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颞侧透明角膜隧道切口在疗效方面优于透明角膜切口上方透明角膜隧道切口。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effects of two incisions(through above clear corneal tunnel incision and through temporal side clear corneal tunnel incision)in phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Methods Retrospective analysis on 42 cases(56 eyes)of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation from October 2009 to October 2011 was done,which were divided into upper part clear corneal tunnel incision(group A)and temporal side clear corneal tunnel incision(group B).All of the patients were checked of visual acuity and corneal astigmatism before operation and 1 week,1 month,3 months and half a year after operation;uncorrected visual acuity and corneal astigmatism recovery situation of the two groups after operation were observed.Results Corneal astigmatism and uncorrected visual acuity of group B was better than group A,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Temporal side clear corneal tunnel incision is better than upper clear corneal tunnel incision in the curative effect.
