个性化营养指导在妊娠糖尿病患者产前护理中的效果研究

目的 探讨个性化营养指导在妊娠糖尿病患者产前护理中的效果.方法 将104例妊娠糖尿病患者分为观察组与对照组各52例,对照组患者给予妊娠糖尿病的常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上施行个性化营养指导,对比分析两组患者的血糖控制情况与妊娠结局.结果 个性化营养指导后观察组对GLU与2hPBG的控制水平显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组早产率与对照组比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,但巨大儿发生率以及剖宫产率均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 个性化营养指导对改善GDM的血糖水平与妊娠结局有益,值得临床借鉴与推广.

Effect Analysis of Individualized Nutritional Guidance in Prenatal Care of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To evaluate the effect of individualized nutritional guidance in prenatal care of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 104 cases of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 52 cases per group. The control group was given routine treatment, the observation group was given individualized nutritional guidance on the basis of the control group. The conditions of glycemic control and pregnancy outcomes of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Aiter the individualized nutritional guidance, the control level of GLU and 2hPBG of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）; the preterm birth rate of two groups had no statistical significant difference （P 〉0.05）, but the incidence of macrosomia and cesarean section rates of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The individualized nutritional guidance is beneficial to improve the GDM blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcomes, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
