低年资儿科护士心理健康与应对方式的调查

目的 了解低年资儿科护士心理健康状况和应对能力.方法 采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和特质应对方式问卷（TCSQ）对95名低年资（工作满1年不满5年）的儿科护士进行调查分析.结果 低年资儿科护士抑郁因子分值明显低于全国护士常模抑郁因子分值,差异有显著的统计学意义（P＜0.01）.低年资儿科护士恐怖和精神病性因子分值显著高于全国护士常模恐怖和精神病性因子分值,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.低年资儿科护士积极应对均分明显高于消极应对均分,差异具有显著的统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 低年资儿科护士存在一定的心理健康问题,应采取积极有效的措施,进行心理干预.

Research on Mental Health and Coping Style of Junior Pediatric Nurse

Objective To study the mental health and coping capacity of junior pediatric nurse. Methods 95 junior pediatric nurses （working over a year and less than five years） were investigated and analyzed by Symptom Check List-90 （SCL-90） and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire （TCSQ）. Results The depression factors score of junior pediatric nurses was significantly lower than the norms of national nurses, with statistical difference （P 〈0.01）; the scores of the terror and psychotic factors of junior pediatric nurses were higher than the norms of national nurses, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The active coping score of junior pediatric nurses was significantly higher than the inactive coping score, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Junior pediatric nurses have some mental health problems, psychological intervention should be taken through active and effective measures.
