奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙化疗晚期胃癌的临床研究

目的评价奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月至2013年10月我院收治的晚期胃癌患者43例,随机分为两组,其中观察组22例,采用奥沙利铂方案进行治疗,对照组21例,采用顺铂方案进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率以及1年生存率。结果观察组总有效率为90.9%,对照组总有效率为57.1%,两组患者临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总不良反应发生率为36.4%,且情况较轻,对照组总不良反应发生率为71.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组一年生存率为59.1%,对照组一年生存率为28.6%,两组患者一年生存率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效好,毒副作用小,能较大幅度提高患者生存时间,值得在临床上予以推广。

Clinical Study of Oxaliplatin Combined with 5-Fluorouracil and Calcium Folinate for Chemotherapy in Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin combined with 5-fluorouracil and calcium folinate for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 43 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to October 2013 were selected and divided into two groups. 22 cases of observation group were treated with oxaliplatin program, while 21 cases of control group were treated with cisplatin program. The clinical effect, incidence of adverse reaction and 1 year survival rate were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.9%, significantly higher than 57.1% of control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 36.4%, significantly lower than 71.4% of control group （P〈0.05）. The 1 year survival rate of observation group was 59.1%, significantly higher than 28.6% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The clinical efficacy oxaliplatin combined with 5-fluorouracil and calcium folinate for chemotherapy is significant for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, which significantly improves patients＇ survival rate with fewer toxic side effects, and deserves clinical application adn promotion.
