人性化护理在小儿重症肺炎中的应用及效果研究

目的 分析人性化护理在小儿重症肺炎中的应用效果.方法 选取我院2012年12月至2013年12月期间收治的小儿重症肺炎62例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组患儿各31例.对照组患儿采用口头健康教育、饮食指导、遵医用药等常规护理模式,试验组在对照组的基础上实施人性化护理,对两组患儿的喘憋时间、退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间以及不良反应发生情况进行分析对比.结果 试验组患儿的喘憋时间、退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间和住院时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）,试验组患儿的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）,差异均具有统计学意义.结论 人性化护理在小儿重症肺炎中具有良好的应用效果,能有效缩短患儿的喘憋时间、退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间和住院时间,减少不良反应,值得在临床上推广应用.

Application Effect Study of Humanized Nursing in Children with Severe Pneumonia

Objective To analyze the application effects of humanized nursing in children with severe pneumonia. Methods 62 cases of children with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group （31 cases） and control group （31 cases）. The control group was given conventional nursing patterns such as oral health education, dietary guidance and medical drugs. The experimental group received humanized nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The dyspnea time, fever clearance time, lung rale disappearing time, the length of hospital stay and the adverse reactions of two group were compared analyzed. Results The dyspnea time, fever clearance time, lung rale disappearing time and hospital stays of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）, the adverse reactions of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈O.05）,all the difference of two groups was statistical significant. Conclusions Humanized nursing in children with sever pneumonia has good application effects, it can effectively shorten the patient＇s breath holding time, fever clearance time, lung rale disappearing time and hospital stays, reduce the adverse reactions, which is worthy of popularization in clinic.
