优质护理服务模式在新生儿黄疸蓝光照射治疗中的作用

目的研究优质护理服务模式在新生儿黄疸蓝光照射治疗中的作用。方法采用历史对照研究,将优质护理服务模式实施后的231例行黄疸蓝光照射治疗新生儿作为研究组,实施前的219例新生儿作为对照组,采用自行设计的护理质量调查问卷,随机抽取100名新生儿家属对护理质量进行评价,并比较新生儿不良事件发生率。结果优质护理服务模式实施后新生儿溢奶、皮肤损伤、眼罩脱落、睾丸受损等不良事件发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。实施后100名新生儿家属对基础护理、护士态度、专科护理和卫生状况四各方面的评分均高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务模式对提高护理质量作用明显,可降低护理不良事件发生率,明显提高了家属的满意度。

Effect of High Quality Nursing Service During Blue Light Irradiation for the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

Objective To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing service in neonatal jaundice treated by blue light irradiation. Methods Historical control trial was taken in this study. 231 cases of neonatal jaundice after implement of high quality nursing service were set as the research group, while 219 cases of neonatal jaundice before the implement of high quality nursing service were set as the control group, and the incidences of neonatal adverse events were compared between two groups. 100 cases of neonatal families of each group were selected to evaluate the quality of care. Results The incidences of neonatal spilled milk, skin damage, goggles off, testicular damage of research group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The scores of primary care, nurse attitude, specialist care and health condition evaluated by neonatal families of research group were significantly higher than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions High quality nursing service has significant effect in improving the quality of care, reducing the incidence of adverse nursing events and improving family＇s satisfaction.
