| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术前以OREM自护为基础的综合护理对TACE手术患者护理的疗效。方法将原发性肝癌行TACE治疗的100例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组实施传统护理模式,观察组实施以OREM自护为基础的综合护理,观察两组患者术后并发症的发生情况、术后肢体制动时间和住院天数等。结果两组患者术后栓塞综合征和骨髓抑制发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组穿刺部位出血、腰背部疼痛、排尿困难的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在原发性肝癌TACE围术期中的护理中,以OREM自护为基础的综合护理明显优于传统护理模式。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of foreseeable nursing combined with OREM self-care mode during TACE operation. Methods 100 primary hepatic carcinoma patients with TACE were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, while the observation group was given foreseeable nursing combined with OREM self-care mode. The postoperative complications, time of limb immobilization and length of hospital stay were observed. Results There were no statistical differences in incidences of embolism syndrome and bone marrow suppression between two groups （P 〉0.05）. The incidence of puncture site bleeding, back pain and dysuria of observation group was significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions During TACE perioperative nursing, foreseeable nursing combined with OREM self-care mode is better than routine nursing. |
