B超检查在输尿管结石的临床应用价值

目的探讨B超检查在输尿管结石的诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2010年8月至2014年5月间诊断为输尿管结石的213例患者的临床资料,所有患者均进行了B超检查。结果 213例输尿管结石患者中,B超检查诊断符合率为91.5%(195/213),漏诊4例(1.9%),误诊14例(6.6%)。所有患者均经冲击波体外碎石、药物排石或手术取石治疗。结论 B超检查对输尿管结石的诊断具有较高的特异性,对其治疗具有较好的指导意义,是输尿管结石的首选检查方法。

Clinical Value of B Ultrasonic Examination for Ureteral Calculi

Objective To explore the clinical value of B ultrasonic examination for the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods The clinical data of 213 patients with ureteral calculi in our hospital from August 2010 to May 2014 were analyzed respectively. All cases underwent B ultrasonic examination. Results Among 213 cases of ureteral calculi, the diagnostic accuracy of B ultrasonic examination was 91.5% （195/213）, the rate of missed diagnosis was 1.9% （4/213）, and the rate of misdiagnosis was 6.6% （14/213）. With the guidance of B ultrasound, the therapy methods included shockwave lithotripsy, medicine row stone and surgical operation. Conclusions B ultrasound has high specificity in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi, and positive significance for the treatment of ureteral calculi, which is the preferred method of examination ofureteral calculi.
