鼻内镜下手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎66例临床疗效分析

目的 探讨在鼻内镜下采用手术方法治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院收治的116例慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床治疗效果,其中50例行常规手术（常规组）和66例行鼻内镜下手术（实验组）.结果 实验组的治疗总有效率为93.9％,显著高于常规组的82.0％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.实验组有2例患者在术后出现鼻腔粘连,常规组有7例术后出现鼻腔粘连,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在鼻内镜下手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎具有良好的临床疗效,并发症少,是一种安全有效的方法,可在临床推广使用.

Curative Effect Analysis of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in Treating 66 Cases of Chronic Sinusitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in treating chronic sinusitis. Memoas Tne clinical effect of 116 cases of chronic sinusitis patients treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, including routine group （50 cases） treated with conventional operation and experimental group （66 cases） treated with endoscopic operation. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.9%, significantly higher than 82% of the routine group, with significant difference （P 〈0.05）. After the surgery, 2 cases in the experimental group appeared with nasal adhesion, 7 cases in the routine group appeared with nasal adhesion, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Endoscopic sinus surgery has good clinical effect in treating chronic sinusitis with less complications, which is a safe and effective method, and deserves promotion and application in clinic.
