经皮肾镜联合输尿管镜一期治疗输尿管结石合并肾结石的临床研究

目的 观察经皮肾镜联合输尿管镜一期手术治疗输尿管结石合并肾结石的疗效.方法 回顾性分析我科2010年3月至2014年3月收治的120例输尿管结石合并肾结石患者的临床资料,将其中行微创手术（经皮肾镜联合输尿管镜一期手术）治疗的60例患者作为研究组,行传统开放手术治疗的60例患者作为对照组,比较两种术式一期手术疗效及安全性.结果 研究组一期手术总有效率达到91.67％,对照组为78.33％,组间比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;研究组出现切口感染、大量出血、临近脏器损伤的患者比例均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 经皮肾镜联合输尿管镜一期手术治疗输尿管结石合并同侧肾结石效果显著,安全性高,优于传统开放手术.

Clinical Study on Percutaneous Nephroscopy and Ureteroscopy in One-stage Treatment of Ureteral Calculus with Kidney Calculus

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pereutaneous nephroscopy combined with ureteroscopy in one-stage treatment ofureteral calculus complicated with kidney calculus. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with ureteral calculus and kidney ureteral treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, all the patients were divided into study group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The study group was given minimally invasive surgery （implemented percutaneous nephroscopy joint ureteroseopy）, the control group was given conventional open operation. The curative effects and safety of one-stage operation were compared. Results The total effective rate of one-stage operation of the study group was 91.67%, higher than 78.33% of the control group （P 〈0.05）; the incidence of incision infection, hemorrhage, adjacent organ injury of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Pereutaneous nephroscopy joint ureteroscopy has significant effect and high safety in one-stage treatment of ureteral calculus complicated with kidney calculus, which is better than the conventional open operation.
