摘    要:目的探讨通过辅助生殖技术(ART)治疗妊娠后早期自然流产与胚胎染色体非整倍体的关系。方法采用FIsH技术对202例经ART治疗妊娠患者早期自然流产胚胎绒毛进行了全染色体的非整倍体分析,其中IVF患者132例,IcsI患者70例.结果经ART治疗妊娠患者早期自然流产胚胎绒毛染色体非整倍体发生率为63.86%(129/202),其中以三体型最常见,占83.72%(108/129);IVF组与ICSI组的非整倍体率分别为64.39%和62.86%(P〉0.05);新鲜胚胎移植组与冷冻胚胎移植组非整倍体发生率分别为62.99%和65.33%(P〉0.05);≤35岁组和〉35岁组的非整倍体率分别为55.00%和76.83%(P〈0.01)。结论经ART治疗妊娠患者早期自然流产大部分由胚胎染色体非整倍体所致,并且随着孕妇年龄的增加胚胎染色体非整倍体发生率增加。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relation between chromosomal aneuploidy and first trimester abortuses of infertility patients following assisted reproductive technology (ART) . Methods: 202 first trimester abortuses of infertility patients following ART, including 132 in vitro fertilization (IVF) patients and 70 intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) patients, were included for analyzing the aneuploidy of whole chromosomes using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) method. Results: The total aneuploidy rate of abortuses was 63.86% (129/202) , and the most prevalent abnormalities was trisomy, accounting for 83.72% of the abnormalities. The aneuploidy rate was similar (P〉0.05) between IVF group (64.39%) and ICSI group (62.86%) , as well as between fresh embryo transfer group (62.99%) and frozen embryo transfer group (65.33%) . The aneuploidy rate in patients with advanced age (〉/35) was significant higher (P〈0.01) than that in younger patients (≤〈35) . Conclusion: Chromosomal aneuploidy should be responsible for most of the first trimester abortion in infertility patients following ART. Aneuploidy rate in abortuses significantly increases with increasing maternal age.
