低体重重症先天性心脏病患儿术后护理效果分析

目的分析低体重重症先天性心脏病患儿术后护理措施和护理效果。方法收集我院2012年12月至2013年12月期间诊治的低体重重症先天性心脏病患儿118例作为研究对象,随机分为两组各59例。对照组采用常规护理模式,试验组在对照组的基础上加强气管插管护理、高浓度补钾、体温监测、感染预防、低血糖预防等护理,对两组患儿的并发症发生率及护理前后的体重水平进行对比分析。结果试验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿护理前体重水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05),经护理后均得到明显改善(P<0.05),且试验组改善水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对低体重重症先天性心脏病患儿术后行加强护理具有良好的临床疗效,能有效降低并发症发生率,促进患儿体重水平升高,值得临床应用推广。

Effect of Postoperative Nursing in Low Birth Weight Infants with Severe Congenital Heart Disease

Objective To analyze the postoperative nursing methods and nursing effect of low birth weight infants with severe congenital heart disease. Methods 118 cases of low birth weight infants with severe congenital heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 59 cases in each group. After surgery, the control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given intensive nursing intervention including endotracheal intubation care, high concentrations of potassium, temperature monitoring, infection prevention, and hypoglycemia prevention. The incidence of complications and body weight before and after nursing were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of complications of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference between two groups in the body weight before intervention （P〉0.05）, but both groups had improved body weight after nursing （P〈0.05）, and the experimental group had better improvement compared with control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions For low birth weight infants with severe congenital heart disease, intensive nursing intervention after surgery has significant clinical effect. It can reduce the incidence of complications, and promote the increase of infants＇ body weight.
