| 摘 要： | 目的 通过研究优化健康教育对老年血液透析病人的透析效果,评估优化健康教育对透析效果的影响,为改进优质护理提供依据.方法 以实验室数据中的尿素清除指数、白蛋白、血红蛋白、钙磷乘积为指标,对我科52例老年病人透析充分性进行调查,并在实施优化健康教育6个月后再进行调查,对两者数据进行比较.结果 优化老年患者健康教育6个月后,老年透析患者的四项透析充分性指标与实施前相比均有显著差异（P＜0.05）.结论 优化老年患者健康教育有助于提高血液透析充分性,为提高老年透析患者的生活质量提供保证.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the impact of optimizing health education on dialysis adequacy in aged hemodialysis patients and provide reference for improving nursing qua!ity. Methods 52 aged hemodialysis patients were investigated with laboratory data of urea clearance index, albumin, hemoglobin and calcium-phosphorus product which were used as the indicators of dialysis adequacy. After 6 months implementing the optimizing health education, the indicators of dialysis adequacy were evaluated again and compared with the previous results. Results The indicators of dialysis adequacy in 52 aged hemodialysis patients after 6 months implementing the optimizing health education had significant difference compared with before （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Optimizing the health education can improve the dialysis adequacy in aged hemodialysis patients and provide guarantee for improving patients＇ life quality. |
