臭氧联合经皮髓核切割术治疗农村社区腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床研究

目的 探讨臭氧联合经皮髓核切割术治疗农村社区腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效.方法 选择农村社区腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,将其分为三组,每组20例,研究组采用臭氧联合经皮髓核切割术治疗,实验组单纯经皮髓核切割术治疗,保守药物治疗组应用中西药保守治疗,对三组治疗后1个月、3个月及12个月进行随访,观察各组患者治疗前后腰椎间盘突出症的治疗总有效率、术后复发率、复发时间.结果 随访结果显示研究组的治疗总有效率高于单纯经皮髓核切割术的实验组（P＞0.05）,显著高于保守药物治疗组（P＜0.05）;研究组术后复发率也低于单纯经皮髓核切割术治疗的实验组（P＞0.05）,显著低于保守药物治疗组（P＜0.05）.结论 臭氧联合经皮髓核切割术治疗农村社区腰椎间盘突出症患者,方法简单,创伤小,疗效好,费用低,见效快,值得在农村社区推广应用.

Clinical Study of Ozone Joint Percutaneous Nucleus Pulposus Resection in Treating Patients with Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc in Rural Community

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of ozone combined with percutaneous nucleus pulposus resection in the treatment of patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in rural community. Methods 60 cases of patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in rural community were seclected and divided into study group, experimental group and treatment group, 20 cases per group. The study group was treated with ozone combined with percutaneous nucleus pulposus resection, the experimental group only received percutaneous nucleus pulposus resection, the treatment group was treated with western medicine conservative treatment. The follow-up visit was given to every group after 1 month, 3 months and 12 months of the treatment, the total effective rate, postoperative recurrence rate and recurrence time were observed between groups. Results The results showed that the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the experimental group （P 〉0.05）, obviously higher than that of the treatment group （P 〈0.05）, and the postoperative recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the experimental group （P〉0.05）, significantly lower than that of the treatment group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The method of ozone combined with percutaneous nucleus pulposus resection in treating patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in rural community is simple, and enjoys small trauma, good curative effect, low cost, quick effect, which is wrothy of promotion in rural community.
