单纯球囊扩张治疗输尿管结石术后输尿管狭窄的临床效果分析

目的探讨单纯球囊扩张治疗输尿管结石术后输尿管狭窄的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2010年6月至2014年1月收治的输尿管结石术后出现输尿管狭窄的28例患者的临床资料。结果 28例手术均顺利完成。手术时间26⁷5 min,平均47 min;术后住院时间275 min,平均47 min;术后住院时间2⁷ d,平均4 d;术中未出现输尿管撕脱、大出血等严重并发症;随访复查提示28例患者中22例肾积水程度减轻或未加重,有效率为78.6%。6例患者拔除双J管后肾积水持续加重,肾小球滤过率下降,或再次出现泌尿道感染、发热等。结论单纯球囊扩张治疗输尿管狭窄收效满意,与其他治疗方法相比,其创伤更小,恢复更快,且减轻了患者对取石术后再次手术的心理负担。

Analysis on the Clinical Efficacy of Simple Balloon Dilation for the Treatment of Ureteral Stricture After Surgery for Ureteral Calculus

Objective To investigate the efficacy of simple balloon dilation for the treatment of ureteral stricture after ureteral calculus surgery. Methods The clinical data of twenty-eight patients with ureteral stricture after ureteral calculus surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to January 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Twenty-eight cases of surgery were completed smoothly. The surgical time was 26 to 75 min, with a mean of 47 min. The postoperative hospital stay was 2 to 7 d, with a mean of 4 d. Intraoperative serious complications did not appear such as ureteral avulsion and bleeding. In the follow-up of 28 cases, hydronephrosis reduced significantly or no increase in 22 cases, with effective rate of 78.6%. Six patients had hydronephrosis continued to increase, and glomerular filtration rate to decline, or urinary tract infection, fever again after removal of the D-J tube. Conclusions The method of simple balloon dilation has good clinical effect, less invasion and faster recovery compared with other surgical methods, and it can reduce the psychological burden of patients with second operation after ureterolithotomy.
