粉尘螨滴剂联合玉屏风颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

目的观察粉尘螨疫苗联合玉屏风颗粒治疗粉尘螨过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法72例患者随机分成两组，各36例，粉尘螨滴剂组，粉尘螨滴剂联合玉屏风颗粒组，追踪12个月，根据治疗前后的症状、体征评分及疗效评定。结果治疗2个月后两组的鼻炎症状与体征均较治疗前明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）．治疗12个月后，粉尘螨滴剂治疗组总有效率为69．44％，联合玉屏风颗粒组总有效率为91．66％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论联合玉屏风颗粒组优于粉尘螨滴剂组，粉尘螨滴剂联合玉屏风颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Clinical effect of sublingual immunotherapy with dust mile combined with yupingfeng granule in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of sublingual immunotherapy with dust mile combined with yupingfeng Granule to treat allergic rhinitis. Methods Seventy-two allergic rhinitis patients were randomly assigned to sublingual immunotherapy with dust mile （36）（ control group） and sublingual immunotherapy with dust mile combined with yupingfeng Granule （36）（ treatment group）. Follow-up 12 months, then compared the symptom scores and treatment effects of these two groups before and after treatment. Result The symptoms and signs of clinic were all improved significantly after two months in two groups, and the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. After 12month of treatment, total efficacy was 69.11% for the control group and 91.66% for the treatment group,and the difference was significant （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion Sublingual immunotherapy with dust mite combined with yupingfeng Granule is better than sublingual immunotherapy with dust mile only. Sublingual immunotherapy with dust mile combined with yupingfeng Granule is a safe and effective method.
