摘    要:目的探讨磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)联合三维容积内插快速扰相GRE(VIBE序列)动态增强技术在前列腺病变中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析82例前列腺病变患者磁共振检查的临床资料,所有患者均在常规扫描的基础上进行DWI序列及VIBE动态增强扫描,比较A组(DWI)、B组(VIBE)以及C组(DWI、VIBE联用)在前列腺疾病中的检出率、定性率及定性准确率,同时比较前列腺增生和前列腺癌的ADC值。结果 C组可以将病变定性的比例为90.2%,定性准确率89.2%,均明显于其他两组(P<0.05)。b=800 s/mm2时,前列腺增生ADC平均值为1.352±0.238,前列腺癌为0.835±0.287,P<0.05。结论磁共振扩散加权成像联合VIBE技术能够显著提高前列腺病变的检出率及定性准确率,有很高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) combined with three-dimensional volumetric interpolated fast spoiled GRE (VIBE sequence) dynamic enhancement techniques in prostate diseases. Methods The MR/data of 82 patients with prostate diseases were retrospectively analyzed. All cases received DWI sequences and dynamic enhanced VIBE on the basis of conventional scanning. The detection rate, qualitative rate and qualitative accuracy rate of DWI (group A), VIBE (group B) and DWI combined with VIBE (group C) were compared, and the ADC values of benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer were compared. Results The proportion of lesions qualitative and qualitative accuracy rate of group C was 90.2% and 89.2% respectively, significantly lower than those of other two groups (P〈0.05). When b = 800 s/mm^2, the mean ADC value was 1.352 ± 0.238 in benign prostatic hyperplasia, and 0.835 ± 0.287 in prostate cancer (P 〈0.05). Conclusions DWI combined with VIEB can significantly improve the detection rate and qualitative accuracy rate of prostate diseases, which has important clinical value.
