鼻中隔矫正联合低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎疗效分析

目的探讨应用鼻中隔矫正联合低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。方法选择2009年1月-2011年11月我院93例鼻中隔偏曲合并慢性肥厚性鼻炎的患者随机分为对照组47例和治疗组46例。两组均行鼻中隔矫正术，治疗组联合低温等离子射频消融术。观察两组疗效。结果经术后6个月随访，治疗组有效率高于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论对于鼻中隔偏曲合并慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者，通过鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术后同时行低温等离子射频消融治疗，可以明显改善临床症状，比之仅行单纯鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术效果满意。

Correction of nasal septum combined with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis analysis

Objective Application of nasal septum correction and low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis was made. Method 93 cases of nasal septum deviation complicated with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were treated with operation and observed for treatment effect in our hospital from January 2009 to November 2011. Result Submucous correction of nasal septum surgery was followed low temperature plasma radio frequency ablation treatment. After 6 months of follow-up the operation efficacy exceeded that of simple submucous resection of nasal septum. Conclusion For patients having nasal septum deviation complicated with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, after submucous correction of nasal septum postoperative and low- temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation, their clinical symptoms could be significantly improved with satisfactory results, compared with those who simply had submucous resection of nasal septum.
