D-二聚体、FIB检N2型糖尿病合并微血管病变时的临床意义

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者D-二聚体、FIB与微血管病变的关系。方法将110例2型糖尿病患者分为合并微血管病变组及无微血管病变组；同时选取50名健康对照者，分别检测各组人群的D-二聚体、FIB，分析它们在各组人群之间有何不同。结果2型糖尿病患者各项指标明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．05）；合并微血管病变组高于无微血管病变组（P〈O．05）。结论D-二聚体、FIB的检测对2型糖尿病患者合并微血管病变的诊疗具有重要价值，为临床提供重要依据。

Clinical significance of D-dimer and FIB in patients with diabetic microangiopathy

Objective The clinical significance of D-dimer and FIB in patients with type 2 diabetic microangiopathy was investigated. Method One hundred and ten cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups （complicated without diabetic microangiopathy and complicated with diabetic microangiopathy each）, and other fifty cases were controls. D-dimer and FIB were measured and analyzed in the cases. Result The levels of D-dimer and FIB were higher in the groups with diabetes mellitus （complicated without diabetic microangiopathy and complicated with diabetic microangiopathy each） than those in control group （P〈0.05）. The parameters were significantly higher in group with diabetic microangiopathy than those without diabetic microangiopathy （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The levels of D-dime rand FIB were significantly increased in patients with type 2 diabetic microangiopathy. The combination measurement of D-dimer and FIB in diabetic patients plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic microangiopathy, which provides the foundation for diabetic microangiopathy.
