| 摘 要： | 耐药结核病越来越普遍，然而传统的实验室方法确诊耐药比较慢，而且实验室的特殊要求也使其很难普及。在资源条件好的地方，快速分子生物学方法的应用在增加。简单、便宜的替代方法在资源受限地区的应用也有了进展。耐药结核病诊疗指南的依据还不充分，还需随机病例对照研究的证据支持。在英国，执行多药耐药结核病管理服务。预防结核病耐药的重要措施，包括快速诊断病例，治疗药物敏感病例和耐药病例，以及预防结核病传染。
