贵州省2004年疾病监测区人群早死病因分析

目的]探讨贵州省疾病监测区人群主要死因,为制定疾病预防和控制对策提供依据。方法]分析2004年死亡监测资料,计算潜在期望寿命损失年数EYPLL。结果]人群EYPLLx为1377.42d,导致EYPLL损失最严重的前3位死因依次为伤害、心血管疾病、肿瘤;农村高于城市,男性高于女性。25岁以前,伤害是首位死因;25岁以后心血管疾病是首位死因。结论]伤害、心血管疾病、肿瘤应是今后贵州省预防和控制的重点;针对不同地区,不同年龄的人群,预防控制措施的重点应各不相同。

ANALYSIS OF EARLY DEATH CAUSES IN SURVEILLANCE POPULATION IN GUIZHOU PROVINCE IN 2004

Objective]To explore the main death causes in the surveillance population in Guizhou province and provide evidences for making prevention and control measures.Methods]The death data in 2004 were analyzed by means of expected years of potential life lost(EPYLL).Results]EYPLLx was 1 377.42 days. The top three death causes were injury,cardiovascular diseases and tumors. EYPLL was higher in rural areas and in male. Injury was the first death cause before the age of 25 and cardio diseases ranked the first after 25.Conclusions]The focus of prevention and control measures are injury,cardio disease and tumors in Guizhou in the future. Different strategies should be emphasized for the people at different ages and in different areas.
