纳米微晶仪导入重组人表皮生长因子促进皮肤扩张的临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察纳米微晶仪导入重组人表皮生长因子(recombinant human epidermal growth factor,rhEGF)在皮肤软组织扩张术中的临床应用效果。方法:选取符合标准的病人30例,每个病人选择2个相同容量的扩张器,共埋置60个扩张器,分为观察组与对照组,每组30个扩张器。对照组采用皮肤软组织扩张器进行治疗;观察组在皮肤软组织扩张器治疗的基础上,使用纳米微晶仪将rhEGF导入扩张的皮肤。观察记录2组达到额定扩张容量所需要的时间,皮肤的扩张以及即刻回缩率,HE染色观察扩起的皮肤厚度以及质量,创面羟脯氨酸(hydroxyproline,OHP)含量,Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原含量。结果:观察组病人扩张完成时间以及扩张皮肤的即刻回缩率均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组病人皮肤扩张率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组病人创面OHP含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组病人Ⅰ/Ⅲ型胶原比值显著低于对照组(P<0.01);HE染色结果显示,与对照组比较,观察组表皮细胞增生明显,胶原纤维弹力明显增加。结论:纳米微晶仪导入rhEGF能够有效缩短皮肤的扩张时间,提高皮肤的扩张质量,降低扩张的皮瓣回缩率,改善皮肤质量及治疗效果,病人满意度较高。

Clinical study of the recombinant human epidermal growth factor promoting skin dilation by nanometer crystalliter

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical effects of the recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) promoting skin dilation by nanometer crystalliter.Methods:A total of 30 patients treated with the two same capacity dilators were divided into the observation group and control group(30 dilators each group).The control group was treated with skin soft tissue dilator,and the observation group was treated with skin soft tissue dilator combined with the rhEGF transducted with nanometer crystalliter.The dilation time,skin expansion rate and skin immediate retraction rate in two groups were recorded,the skin thickness and quality in two groups were observed using HE staining,and the levels of hydroxyproline(OHP) and type Ⅰ,type Ⅲ collagen in wound were compared between two groups.Results:The dilation time and skin immediate retraction rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).The skin expansion rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The hydroxyproline content in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The ratio of type Ⅰ to type Ⅲ collagen in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The HE staining results showed that the epidermal cell hyperplasia in observation group was apparent,and the elasticity of collagen fiber increased significantly compared with control group.Conclusions:The rhEGF transducted with nanometer crystalliter can effectively shorten the skin expansion time,reduce immediate retraction rate,and improve the skin quality and treatment effect and satisfaction of patients.
