师范院校和医学院校大学新生的艾滋病知识态度行为及干预情况调查

摘    要:目的:了解师范院校和医学院校大学新生的艾滋病知识态度行为及干预情况,为此类大学有针对性地开展艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法:以匿名方式采用自编调查问卷对南充市1所师范院校和1所医学院校1 364名新生进行调查。结果:对于艾滋病知晓率方面,8条艾滋病知识问题回答正确率有6条医学院校新生均高于师范院校新生(P<0.01),2条问题正确率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。师范院校新生对家人艾滋病感染者的歧视率(48.32%),高于医学院校新生的歧视率(31.42%)(P<0.01)。师范院校类新生性行为发生率为4.84%,与医学院校新生的4.55%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。新生中存在不安全性行为。46.85%的师范院校和40.09%的医学院校新生最近一年接受过预防艾滋病的宣传服务,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应当根据师范院校和医学院新生的艾滋病知识掌握情况,及时在两类高校中有针对性地开展系统的、专业的艾滋病健康教育活动,以促进学生的自身健康发展和促进艾滋病防治工作的长远开展。

Investigation of the knowledge,attitude,behavior and intervention on AIDS among normal university and medical college freshmen

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the AIDS-related knowledge,attitude,behavior and interventions among normal university and medical college freshmen,and provide the scientific evidence for preventing and treating AIDS among this two kinds of university.Methods: One thousand three hundred and sixty-four freshmen from normal university and medical college freshmen were investigated using self-compiled questionnaire.Results: In terms of HIV awareness,the correct rate of 8 AIDS knowledge problems in medical college freshmen(6 items correct) was higher than that in normal university freshmen(P<0.01),and the difference of the correct rate of two problems between two schools was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The discrimination rate of normal university freshmen to family member with AIDS(48.32%) was higher than that in medical college freshmen(31.42%)(P<0.01).The difference of the incidence rate of sexual behavior between medical college freshmen(4.55%) and normal university freshmen(4.84%) was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The unsafe sexual behavior was found in freshmen.The AIDS-related prevention knowledge was advertised in 46.85% normal university freshmen and 40.09% medical college freshmen at recent year.Conclusions: Basing on different mastery of AIDS knowledge between normal university and medical college,the systematic and professional AIDS health education activities should be pertinently carried out to promote the healthy development of students and long-term development of AIDS prevention and treatment.
