68 例登革热患者的临床诊治特点分析

目的 探讨登革热的临床病程及诊治特点，为登革热的临床诊治提供一定的参考依据。方法 对2013 年8 月~2013 年11 月期间我科收住的68 例登革热患者从临床表现特点、实验室检查、治疗过程及治疗效果、预后等方面进行分析总结。结果 临床主要表现为发热、皮疹、肌肉关节痛、血白细胞下降等。治疗以对症支持的综合治疗为主，预后较好，本组临床治愈67 例，1 例重型登革热表现为持续高热、消化道大出血死亡。结论 对于持续高热伴有皮疹、肌肉关节痛、血白细胞下降等的患者应注意排查诊断登革热，登革病毒抗体阳性有助于确诊本病。治疗以对症支持、预防并发症为主，预后良好。

Analysis of clinical diagnosis and therapy for 68 cases of dengue fever

Objective To analyze the clinical features for dengue fever, and provide reference for the diagnosis and therapy. Methods The clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, therapeutic schedule and treatment effectiveness were analyzed by retrospective investigation on the 68 patients hospitalized for treatment from 2013 August to 2013 November. Results The clinical manifestation were fever, rash, muscle and joints pain, decrease of white blood cell. The cases were given support therapy and comprehensive treatment. 67 cases were cure and 1 patient died of severe dengue fever presented with persistent high fever and massive hemorrhage of digestive tract. Conclusion We should pay attention to the diagnosis of dengue fever for the patients with persistent fever, rash, muscle and joints pain, decrease of white blood cell, and so on. The patient with positive antibody of dengue fever could help to make a definite diagnosis. The prognosis was good by supporting therapy to prevent complications.
