北京市2001～2005年托幼园所儿童健康状况分析

【目的】探讨北京市2001~2005年托幼园所儿童健康状况的动态变化。【方法】采用时间序列比较法对北京市托幼园所2001~2005年集体儿童保健年报资料进行分析。【结果】5年间儿童营养不良逐年下降,低体重、发育迟缓、消瘦患病率分别为0.28%、0.33%、0.24%,儿童体格趋于肥胖逐年增高,达5.73%,贫血患病率为0.75%,患龋率及龋均较高,分别为38.83%和1.49,各类健康指标城区好于郊区。【结论】北京市托幼园所儿童健康状况良好,儿童肥胖的干预是工作重点,五官保健不容忽视,郊区园所儿童保健需进一步加强。

Evaluation and analysis of children health status in Beijing municipal kindergarten during 2001～2005

Objective] To probe the changing trend of health status of children during 2001-2005 in Beijing municipal kindergarten. Method] The data of annual report on health status of children from 2001to 2005 in Beijing municipal kindergarten were analyzed, adopting the analytical methods of time series. Results] The incidence rate of children mal nutrition was decreased year by year during the five years. The incidence rate of underweight, stunting and wasting were 0. 28% ,0.33% and 0. 24% respectively. The rate of children obesity was increased year by year and reached as high as 5.73 %. The incidence rate of anaemia was 0.75 %, and that of dental caries was 38.83%, the average decayed tooth number was 1.49. The various indicators of children health situation in urban were better than that in rural. Conclusions] The health status of children in Beijing municipal kindergarten is very good. Intervening obesity of children shoud be focused on. The oral health care should not be ignored. The health care children in rural shoule be further strengthened.
